Global Celebration FAQ

As we unite our Isagenix family for this incredible event, we understand that you probably have some questions. We’ve taken the time to answer our most frequently asked questions below. If your question isn’t listed below, please email Events@IsagenixCorp.com, and we’ll make sure to answer them as promptly as possible.

A: First, click any of the Register buttons from this website. This will take you into your Back Office where you can purchase tickets.

There will be a drop-down menu for the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Choose up to 5 and then click “Purchase Tickets.”

On the next page, please be sure that all information looks correct. You will see an order total on this page. If you have any event coupons, you may apply them in the next section.

Please confirm your payment method information. If needed, you may add new credit card information at this point. Also be sure to confirm the correct billing address is listed! Once you have confirmed that all information on this page is correct and you have agreed to the statements at the bottom of the page, you can select “Place Order.”

Your invoice for this transaction will be loaded to your Order History in your Back Office. We look forward to seeing you at this incredible event!

A: The online transfer deadline is July 22, 2018!

A: Yes! There will be American Sign Language, Spanish, French, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia translation services available at this event.

A: Isagenix would like everyone to participate in all events and activities that Global Celebration has to offer. This is your time to absorb every precious minute, garner every piece of training, and share every moment of success. Because of the short amount of time we have with you, any meeting planned outside of our corporate functions will not be approved for the dates of August 4 – August 7. If you would like to schedule a team function before or after these dates, you may do so with the venue directly. A: Why are you leaving us early?! We recommend everyone leave Wednesday, as the spectacular Gala Awards are Tuesday night – trust us, you won’t want to miss this! However, if you must leave us, please know that you will need to store your luggage at your hotel with the bellman or front desk. We will not have luggage storage available on-site. (Come on, just stay until Wednesday. Please?)
